REFUNDS/RETURNS/EXCHANGES
- Shai M Designs does not offer refunds or returns.
- Should a customer find the need to exchange an item, the customer has 5 working days to do so from the date of purchase.
- If the 5 working days have exceeded,
Shai M Designs will not accept any exchanges. - In order for the item to be exchanged, it should be returned in the original packaging – unused.
- Please make sure to have the receipt present for exchanges or Proof Of Payment. If neither a receipt nor Proof of Payment is provided, we will decline the exchange.
- Misuse if a product is not liable for an exchange.
- Exchanges are done at the value of the product or more(difference to be paid).
- Shipping costs are not credited for exchanges.
- If a customer chooses to exchange an item, the courier costs will be covered by the customer
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
- All goods are checked before being dispatched.
- If a customer received a defective item, it must be reported within the first 12 hours of purchase or if the order was done online, it should be done within the first 12 hours or receiving of the order.
- The customer has 5 working days to return the defective item back to the store.
- If 5 working days have exceeded Shai M designs will not be held liable for exchanging the item.
- Defected goods can only be exchanged no refunds
DELIVERY/COLLECTIONS
- Please allow 2 to 5 working days to receive your order.
- Orders are only dispatched once we receive the payment.
- Shai M Designs will not be held liable for damage during transit to and from the customer.
- We package goods properly in order to avoid damages during transit.
- If the incorrect address or contact details are provided for an online order, the issue should be resolved between the customer and the courier company.
- If you have placed an order online for collection, please allow 12 hours before collecting your order
